John completed some garden work for us, laying decking, artificial grass, stones, and extending our patio. The work was completed to a high standard and our garden looks beautiful, we are very pleased. John was very easy talk to, he listened to exactly what we wanted but also advised us, which has added to the overall finish of the garden.

John and his team were absolute stars. Our once horrendous kitchen has now been turned into something beautiful. We can't recommend John enough. His years of experience improved on our original ideas and the final result is amazing. Working with John was so easy, no effort was required on our part to organise electricians, plumbers or carpenters. From our point of view the building work was a breeze! In terms on the budget, John was honest and kept us up to date on the current cost of the build. This meant we were able to make additional improvements to our home within budget. Thank you John!

John converted my 2 bed townhouse in Cirencester. He renovated the whole house and added an extension on the back. Plus completely redeveloped my garden. The whole job took about 3 months. The whole experience of working and planning the project with John was exceptional. He really listened to everything I wanted plus was so easy to talk to. We employed John to do a complex renovation of our 17th century stone cottage. He is a very experienced builder with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in dealing with historic buildings. I reached out to John Goddard via "MyBuilder" and he replied the same day and quoted the work at a fair price compared to companies that aren't VAT Registered. His explaining on the work was clear and didn't cut any corners. The work was at the front garden of my house, just a garden wall and fencing. I've had many builders work on my property and he was by far the best I've had to deal with. He's a very honest and experienced builder and would happily use him anytime I need renovations to extension work on my property.
